Great Day IPA

NW Style Dry Hop IPA, 7.0% ABV, 90 IBU For this rich, golden-colored IPA, we aggressively hopped it with Cascade, Chinook, and Columbus varieties both in the brew and with later dry hop additions. This created a great hop nose, pine and citrus mid notes, and finished with a strong lingering bitterness. Brewing this was a great day for our Cellarman William when he lead his first brew day. Enjoy a pint and make it a great day for you too!

LPR - Oatmeal Imperial Stout

Imperial Stout, 8.5% ABV, 26 IBU A sweet, roasty and creamy oatmeal imperial stout. Made with 100 lbs of local clover honey, this beer is a large scale adaption of the owner/brewer's original homebrew recipe which has been brewed and refined for over ten years. It is a family favorite that goes down smooth and silky.

ABV 5% Roasty - Chocolate - Smooth Piper’s Moon is a special collaboration with Moonstruck Chocolate using 25 pounds of high quality Moonstruck cocoa powder and 25 pounds of a rare, single origin, Peruvian cocoa nib called FORTUNATO NO. 4. The result is a delicious, dark chocolate porter that is roasty and smooth with a refined dark chocolate finish.
